Ringwood Publishing is keen to reach out to any Book Club, both locally and worldwide, who would like to feature one of our books at a future Book Club meeting.

Our two special offers include: the guarantee that the author of a selected book will attend the Book Club meeting and a 20% discount off all copies of the book purchased by Book Club members. Our discount reduces the price of books from the £9.99 plus P&P advertised on the website to £8 plus P&P. All copies purchased through this offer will also be signed by the author.

Any Book Club seeking to avail of our special offers should first email us at mail@ringwoodpublishing.com. Specify which book/author you would like to feature at a future Book Club meeting, and a member of staff with then contact you to clarify a date for your chosen author to attend a virtual meeting.

To obtain discounted copies of your chosen book, you should then contact our Chief Admin Officer, Isobel Freeman at isobel.freeman@ringwoodpublishing.com. Detail how many copies of the book you wish to order, and your preferred method of payment. You can either make a direct electronic payment to the Ringwood Bank account or pay over the phone by debit/credit card. If you wish to pay by card, please include your telephone number in your email.

Once your order has been placed, Isobel will send a confirmation email. If paying by card, Isobel will also arrange a time to call and take the payment. Once payment has been received, the discounted books will be posted immediately.

All Ringwood titles available to be featured by Book Clubs can be viewed on the website. In addition, Ringwood will soon be able to make available to all Book Clubs a digital Catalogue containing full descriptions and details of our current titles. This catalogue will automatically be sent to all Book Clubs who register an interest with the Ringwood website Book Club page. Alternatively, it will also be free to download from the Book Club page.

Ringwood’s Book Club policy has been designed to cope with the contemporary realities of Covid-19 restrictions. An author’s presence at a meeting would be facilitated through video conferencing, such as Zoom. In future, we hope to adapt our policy to allow the physical attendance of authors at a meeting, in addition to enhanced discounts on parcels of books sent centrally to the secretary or organiser of a Book Club for physical distribution.

Our website section on Book Clubs will be adapted as restrictions are lifted and changes to our policy become safe.
