#BalanceforBetter is this year’s International Women’s Day theme, and it matters!
As a publisher, we have a choice in what we offer to the public, and it is important for us to publish inclusive, loving and understanding words. This year’s theme is a shout out to the gender equal world we crave, regardless of our gender identity.
This has to be a common battle, one that we all share so that future generations will be kinder to one another, and grow up accepting themselves as they truly are instead of pointing out their differences.
