The Full Bhoona is the story of Glasgow’s oldest Indian Restaurant, The Koh-I-Noor; the Tahir family who founded and run it; the food they serve; and the generations of memories they have created with their many happy customers. It is also a cookbook enabling the re-creation of many of their finest dishes.
The book is being formally launched in the Koh-I-Noor restaurant in North Street, Charing Cross on Thursday 9th November from 7pm. Admission is free and all lovers of curry are welcome. It will be a fabulous evening, with (short ) speeches, celebrity guests, food, drink and entertainment. Amy, Waseem and Rasul will be available to sign books.
The book is now on sale from the Ringwood website, for £17.99. It is also available from Amazon and all other main Internet booksellers as well as from Waterstones and other bookshops. The book is always be available for purchase in the restaurant.
