Our first ever online festival, Bloody Ringwood, has been a massive success so far! We’ve launched six new novels and held some wonderful events. Just yesterday we launched John Keeman’s poignant memoir In the Shadow of the Crane. You can watch the livestream here if you missed it on the night!

The festival continues until December 7, and we still have two more events in store for you.

For Book Week Scotland we’re hosting The Future of the Police Service in Modern Scotland, a debate featuring three fantastic Ringwood Authors: Tom Wood, ex deputy Chief Constable of Lothian and The Borders; Rob McInroy, prize-winning writer of Cuddies Strip which explores prejudice and malpractice in the police; and Simon McLean, who’s memoir follows his career from rookie cop to undercover detective with The Serious Crime Squad.

To celebrate this event Ringwood is offering special discounts on these authors’ books – grab yourself a great deal before it ends!

Finally, we will be launching Lockdown Laughs, with ALL PROCEEDS from the book being donated to charity. This will also double as a Ringwood Christmas party, and it’s definitely worth coming along to. Tickets to all events are free and available on our Eventbrite here.

If you’d like to have a closer look at what’s in store, check out the Bloody Ringwood page as well. We’re very excited to keep this festival going, and we hope to see you there!
