ONE WEEK Left until Celebrating Leela Soma Event

Today marks one week until we’ll be joined in Hillhead Library to celebrate late author Leela Soma and her wonderful novel Murder at the Mela.

We’ll be joined by a panel of fantastic guests: Anjana Sen (poet, writer, and Secretary of the Scottish Association of Writers), Mridula Sharma (former Ringwood intern, oversaw Ringwood’s 2023 Glasgow Mela Events), Anne Pettigrew (Ringwood author), and Isobel Freeman (Ringwood’s Chief Editor). The panel will discuss themes of Women’s Crime Fiction, Tartan Noir, and Writing in the Wider Glasgow Communities. 

The event is free and unticketed. Hillhead Library, 19th of November, 2pm.
